3. Product Purchases

All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return/Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
Returns and Cancellations:

Standard (non-assembled) items may be returned within 21 days of delivery if unused, unopened, undamaged, in full factory-sealed packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Assembled cabinets (available only in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties) cannot be returned or canceled once assembly has begun.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns, although we provide an estimated shipping cost at checkout to the best of our ability.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their orders, especially for assembled cabinets, to avoid errors in measurements, design, or fit. Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales is not liable for mis-measurements, design errors, or fitting issues.
We do not cover color variations or unique graining in the wood, as our cabinets are constructed from natural products, and this is to be expected.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are F.O.B. point of manufacture or warehouse.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price at checkout will be honored for your order.

5. Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that your use of this Site, and of any user content, services, information, advice, products, and other materials contained or described on this Site, is entirely at your own risk and that such materials and information are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, implied or express, as to the availability, operation, and/or use of this Site, products, and other materials and information described or contained on this Site. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or performance.

10. Warranty

Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.

11. Termination

Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately.
If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using the Site. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty and liability disclaimers, and indemnity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, USA, given our operations in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

13. Miscellaneous

Any failure by Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the enforcement of such right or provision.
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
