Return & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales is dedicated to your satisfaction. This Return and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted for our cabinetry and related products.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Standard (non-assembled) items are eligible for return within 21 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, undamaged, in full factory-sealed packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt without exceptions. We advise all customers to carefully review their purchases to eliminate mistakes by over-purchasing or under-purchasing. Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales is not responsible for any mis-measurements, design errors, or fitting issues in any way and does not cover color variations or unique graining in the wood, as our cabinets are constructed from natural products and this is to be expected.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Cabinets ordered assembled (available only in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties), which cannot be returned under any circumstance.
    • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, installation, or storage.
    • Items not in full factory-sealed packaging, opened, or not in resalable condition.
    • Items marked as “final sale” at purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
  • Process:
    1. Contact our customer support at sales@globecabinets.com or +1-954-466-1068 to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is necessary to ensure the item is shipped to the appropriate location.
    2. Provide the order number, receipt number, pictures, documentation, and the approval reference from our customer service representative.
    3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number and original receipt.
    4. Ship the item to the return address provided with the RMA within 7 days of approval.
    5. Returned products will be inspected prior to acceptance.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds, less the 25% restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, indicate this when requesting an RMA. Exchanges are subject to product availability and incur the 25% restocking fee.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement once it has not yet been shipped, at no charge. Contact us at sales@globecabinets.com or +1-954-466-1068 to cancel.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under the terms above.
  • Assembled Cabinets: Orders for assembled cabinets (available only in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties) cannot be canceled once assembly has begun. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their assembled cabinet orders to avoid errors in measurements, design, or fit, as Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales is not liable for such issues.
  • Standard Orders: Orders for unassembled cabinets cannot be canceled once production has begun (typically within 48 hours of order placement).

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@globecabinets.com or +1-954-466-1068. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, with no restocking fee. You'll need to provide proof of purchase and email clear pictures of the defective part.
