At Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales, we are committed to delivering your kitchen and bath cabinets and related products promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery timelines, and receiving instructions to ensure a seamless experience.
Shipping Methods
- Large Cabinet Orders:
- Packaging: Whole kitchen cabinets are shipped unassembled in individual boxes, placed onto a shrink-wrapped pallet. Assembled cabinets are available only for deliveries in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their assembled cabinet orders to avoid errors in measurements, design, or fit, as Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales is not liable for such issues.
- Carriers: Shipped via common carrier (e.g., Yellow/Roadway, R&L, USF) based on the most efficient provider for estimated time and price.
- Delivery: Can be shipped to businesses with or without a loading dock. All destinations must be tractor-trailer accessible. A person must be on-site to inspect and sign for the shipment. The driver is responsible only for placing the pallet on the ground for deliveries without a dock or forklift.
- Costs: Shipping and handling charges cover one delivery attempt. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, although we provide an estimated shipping cost at checkout to the best of our ability. Customers are responsible for additional shipping and handling costs if an order is not deliverable due to customer availability or other circumstances. All prices are F.O.B. point of manufacture or warehouse.
- Small Cabinet Orders:
- Packaging: Cabinets are shipped unassembled in individual boxes. Assembled cabinets are available only for deliveries in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties. - Carrier: Shipped via UPS.
- Delivery: Can be shipped to businesses with or without a loading dock.
- Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, although we provide an estimated shipping cost at checkout to the best of our ability.
- Non-Cabinet Orders:
- Packaging: Shipped in appropriate packaging for the product.
- Carrier: Shipped via UPS to the shipping address noted on the order.
- Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, although we provide an estimated shipping cost at checkout to the best of our ability.
Local Delivery Service
- Availability: Local delivery is available only in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties, Florida, for both unassembled and assembled products.
- Inspection: Customers must inspect all products to verify all items are present and free of visible damage prior to signing the delivery list. If items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, notify the driver and note the issue on the packing slip. The driver will return to the warehouse, and a replacement delivery will be rescheduled.
- Acceptance: Signing the delivery list confirms that all items are received in good condition. No claims can be made for missing items or damage to assembled cabinets after signing.
- Assembled Cabinets: Cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery
- We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Assembled cabinets are available only for deliveries in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties, Florida. Contact us at sales@globecabinets.com or +1-954-466-1068 for availability in Canada or other regions.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and accessible for deliveries (e.g., tractor-trailer access for large orders). We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information or access issues.
- Delivery times are estimates (7-10 business days for standard UPS shipments, 10-14 business days for common carrier shipments) and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors.
- A designated recipient must be available to inspect and sign for shipments upon delivery.
Transportation
- The responsibility of Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales ceases upon delivery of products in good working order to transport companies. All products are shipped at the consignee’s risk.
- Customers must inspect products at the time of signing the freight bill and have the transportation company note any damage incurring in transit. Do not sign for damaged products.
Product Receiving Instructions
- Inspection: Inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt for damage or shortages. Sign for both piece count and pallet count.
- Acceptance: By signing the bill of lading or delivery list, you acknowledge that the product was delivered in good condition. Paradise Globe Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Sales is not responsible for loss or damage if a clean and clear receipt is given to the carrier.
- Noting Issues: If shortages or damages are discovered, make a notation on the bill of lading or packing slip with a carrier representative or driver present before accepting the order. Report issues to sales@globecabinets.com or +1-954-466-1068 immediately.
Freight Claims Instructions
- Unconcealed Damage/Shortage: Claims are valid only if noted on the bill of lading at delivery. Report claims to sales@globecabinets.com with details of damaged pieces and photos showing the damage. Claims require proper paperwork signed by the customer and the transportation company.
- Concealed Damage: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@globecabinets.com or +1-954-466-1068 with photos and details. Claims may be subject to carrier investigation.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@globecabinets.com or +1-954-466-1068.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to investigation. Photos of damaged items and packaging are required.
Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to the size and weight of our products.
- Large cabinet orders require tractor-trailer access and may have additional delivery requirements, noted at checkout.
- Assembled cabinets are available only for deliveries in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties, Florida.
- Deliveries to remote or rural areas may incur additional fees, disclosed at checkout.
